Not only do they have a great search engine for finding local shops, tours and accomodation, but they've got product reviews (you can submit your own) and a small but growing forums. They're constantly working on ways to meet the online needs of cyclists, and unlike certain other sites, won't accept ads from just anyone. One noteworthy feature of their forums is that they are willing to create private forums for clubs, charities, or any other group that wants a non-public forum. That's pretty generous.
