looks like the wooden block is rocked back and forth over the leather as if to break it in or form it. I'm not sure on size but the leather pieces look to be about 6"x3". I can't think of what they would be, mud flaps possibly?
A cutter of stacked leather?
A “back side” simulator for breaking in or testing leather seats. If so, it looks like they have the skinny butt jig in place.
It’s the Brooks factory “Pre Softened” model saddle maker.
