British cycling journalist Carlton Reed has a good article about saddles and medical problems on the Quickrelease.tv blog.
If you skim articles and remember the highlights I can save you some trouble. Carlton quotes Dr Irwin Goldstein’s 1997 Bicycling Magazine article:

“Men should never ride bicycles…Riding should be banned and outlawed. It’s the most irrational form of exercise I could ever bring to discussion.”

We have a few special Swallow saddles to sell. These are part limited run of green Swallow Classics made to support the Bicycle Film Festival. The Swallow is not usually available in this color. This Swallow Classic has chrome steel rails. There is no stitching along the skirt. One-hundred of these saddles have been made and they each have a unique serial number.

We will be asking $260 for these saddles. They are still listed on the Brooks website for $240 so if you want one you should probably check there first.

We are also getting a couple of other missing saddles: B.67s in honey and B.68s in black. They all should get here later next week.
